How long does a ModSolid build take from start to finish?
A typical ModSolid project runs about 5–8 months from contract to move-in: ~1–2 months for design and approvals, ~6–8 weeks for factory construction, then delivery and onsite setup.
Can I customize the floor plan and finishes?
Yes — we’re a semi-custom builder. You can choose from our floorplans and alter footprints, room layouts, finishes, and upgrade packages so your home fits your needs and style.
What foundations work with your homes?
Our homes are compatible with permanent foundations like engineered screw piles, crawlspaces, and basements. We’ll review foundation options during site planning to match your site conditions.
Are your homes up to code and certified?
Our homes are built to Alberta and National building codes and are certified to the CSA A277 standard, with third-party inspections and internal quality control throughout production.
